Having lived most of my life in the Southern hemisphere the seasonal changes were so subtle. The transition from one season to another was barely noticeable at times.
Very seldom did I see the vivid colors and hues that we are so used to seeing here during fall… Very rarely had I even experienced flurries not to mention inches/feet of snow…Not always did the winds bring rain when they should have, and in many areas water was a precious commodity.
Here each season heralds its arrival with an announcement … So in your face … Making sure that you are aware that changes are afoot!
Each season has its own unique beauty, which makes Chester County so special…Having never experienced such extreme weather; I am always filled with awe and enjoy the start of each season like a child receiving a gift.
